At Tea & T, we take care to prepare and ship your tea orders as quickly and safely as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.

 

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • During sales, promotions, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and a second email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

Shipping Methods

We currently ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on location and order size.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight

  • Shipping destination

  • Selected shipping method

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

 

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 2–4 business days (if available)

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

 

Shipping Delays

Tea & T is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Postal carrier issues

  • Weather conditions

  • Holidays

  • Natural disasters

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

Once your package has been handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details at checkout.

Tea & T is not responsible for:

  • Packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer

  • Additional shipping costs due to returned or rerouted packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.

 

Lost or Stolen Packages

Tea & T is not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier.

If your package is missing:

  • Please check with household members or neighbors

  • Contact your local post office or carrier

We recommend choosing secure delivery locations.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item and packaging

Approved claims may result in a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

 

International Shipping 

  • International shipping rates vary by destination.

  • Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes.

  • Tea & T is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

 

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or modified.
