Due to the nature of our products, all tea sales are final.
We do not offer refunds or exchanges on teas, including loose-leaf, herbal blends, or brewed teas.

This policy is in place to ensure product safety, freshness, and quality for all customers.

If you receive an incorrect item or your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of purchase/package arrival so we can review the issue and make it right when applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Dislike of flavor, aroma, or strength

  • Improper brewing or storage

  • Allergic reactions or personal sensitivities

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Failure to read product descriptions or ingredients
